ASSESSORS MEETING

1. Signed motor vehicle excise commitment #6 2008 for Assessors and Tax Collector.
2. Reviewed and approved Real Estate Abatement for Andrew Pyenson Map 6 Lot 169.
3. Read memos from Town Clerk about minutes for the assessors meeting and 2009 meeting dates for the website and the meeting calendar in hallway.
4. Signed Motor Vehicle abatement applications for certificate numbers 64 and 68 through 71.
5. Signed November monthly reports for motor vehicle excise Levy 2007 and Levy 2008 and personal property Levy 2009.
6. There was no meeting on November 4, 2008 (Presidential Election) the Assessors came in only to sign papers. The FY 2009 warrant to collector for RE & PP, October’s monthly abatements for motor vehicle and signed the chapter 61 Forest Land Lien For 6A-90.
