1. Read and approved the minutes from the prior meeting of January 5, 2010.
2. Reviewed and signed the Chapter land applications.
3. Reviewed and signed MVX abatement turnovers for September, October, November and December 2009.
4. Reviewed and signed the exemptions for the elderly and veterans Fiscal Year 2010.
5. Voted unanimously to change the meeting of March 2, 2010 to March 9, 2010.
6. Reviewed and signed the motor vehicle excise applications.
7. Signed MVX recommitments for Fiscal Year 1986 bill #1102, Fiscal Year 1987 #1144,1145 & 1146, Fiscal Year 1988 #726 & 1773, Fiscal Year 1989 #1364 & 1669.
8. Reviewed and signed motor vehicle excise commitments for 2008 11A, 2009 6 & 6A.
