1. Read and signed the minutes from the meeting of February 2, 2010.
2. Reviewed and signed the motor vehicle excise abatements.
3. Reviewed and signed the real estate abatement applications, 2 denied and 2 granted.
4. Updated the assessors that Mr. Paddock has not been in contact with the plan of his property to be sent to the map company for updates.
5. Signed the motor vehicle and property abatement turnovers for the month of February 2010.
6. Reviewed and signed the bill for Vision Appraisal Technology, Inc. for the annual software maintenance contract for 4/1/2010 to 3/31/2011.
7. Informed the assessors that all AT cases will be heard in Boston and not in the western part of the state.
8. Signed denial forms.
