Jan. 17, 2011
Chairperson: Patricia Ryan stated that due to the storm of Jan. 12, 2011 the meeting was moved up to Jan.17. in attendances were Patricia Ryan, Joe Ryan, Dorathea D'Elia, Angie LaRiviere, Ray, LaRiviere, Ann Roberts, Mel Roberts
Absent: Mazie Schoonmaker,Lucille Guisti, Richard Cicchillo, Howard Hood
Amendment of date for Pizza Party corrected from Jan. 29 to Jan 19th.
Minutes of the last meeting were accepted as read by Ray and seconded by Dot
Treasurer Report: Dot reported no change since last meeting
Thank Angie for great job for her time and effort for our Christmas Luncheon.
Ann Pyenson called to state the Turkey Dinner will be on Feb. 13 and she would like a count for us also she would like us to call Sandisfield and tell them.
No Pot Luck scheduled for February and March we will have our Corn Beef luncheon on March 16th and the charge will be $5.00 per person.
Pizza: Pat stated we have to decide how many pizza we will need. Ray thought 10 should be sufficient
Mr Pollard is the town attorney, he told Pat they could stock the first aid kit with what they needed.
Valance: Everyone agreed the windows came out so nice we should just have a window valance.
Pat made the council aware that the gift cards were given out for the councils appreciation
Mazie has a whole lot of flyers that we all have to go over. Richard went over them and thinks there too far.
We are going to do Custys in August, Woodlock looking into Indian Head, Radio City,and there were others mentioned
February 3rd O.T.L will be at Four brothers in Great Barrington.
