How to Obtain a Marriage License
The couple looking to get married would have to come into the Town Clerk's Office together to fill out the required paperwork.
ID is required. Valid forms are a drivers license, passport, and/or birth certificate.
There is a 3 day waiting period before you can obtain your license. Licenses are only valid for 60 days. Please plan accordingly.
The is a $20.00 fee for filing your marriage intentions. This fee does include a certified copy of your marriage license.

One Day Solemnization Certificate
Is the person preforming the ceremony from Massachusetts? If not they need a one-day solemnization certifcate from the Secretary of States Office in Boston.
