Vital records can be obtained from the Town Clerk by mail or in person. Certified copies of vital records are $5.00 each.
The Town of Otis's vital records date back to the 1780's. Research can be done to fill in your missing family links. You may do the research yourself, or you may request the clerk to help. If you decide to come to the office to do your research, please call prior to coming in so that we may find a quiet place for you to do your research.
