Bicentennial Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm.
Lyn gave the car show update.
-Will have a hot dog/ hamburger food vendor
-Car entry forms are coming in
Sonia gave the games/entertainment report
-Friehofers donated 75 pies for the pie-eating contest
- There will be a kid’s miniature tractor pull at 3:30 pm.
- Sign up for games will start at 3:00 pm
- Hay Bales for kids has been arranged
Cake Contestants are to bring their cakes to the Izaak Walton Field at 6:00 pm.
Donna went over expenses for each day.
Bill and Joyce gave the parade committee report.
-Went over the participant of the parade
-May 7th is the cut off for entering the parade
-May 14, 7pm, is a float seminar at the Izaak Walton
Donna gave the craft vendor update
-Sunday there will be a horse showing demonstration
Donna gave the Taste of Otis update
-Food vendors have provided menus and the price ranges
The meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.
