1. Discuss information regarding the town hall and upgrades completion.
Blinds ordered for town hall, refinishing floor in committee meeting room. Scheduling
tentatively for Feb 13-25, 2012
2. Discuss reports from tasks regarding wind energy
Update meeting with Matt Vanderbrook from SED scheduled for week of Feb 6-8. Day
and time to be set. Design Engineer from SED was at site and drove roads to review
transport issues that may or may not present during construction. Date of feasibility
study draft release scheduled for Feb 22, 2012. SED would like to push date back to end
of March.
3. Discuss and update transfer station.
No discussion of Transfer Station
4. Discuss Main Rd Fire Station.
Discussed proposed design of fire station insulation and panels, changes to overhead
doors, heat system and energy upgrades with Chris Vreeland of Precision Decisions.
