The SHINE Program is a subsidiary of Elder Services of Berkshire County. The SHINE Program ensures that Medicare beneficiaries have access to accurate information regarding health care options. We counsel elders on how to compare health insurance options; how to choose a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan; how to locate a Medicare Participating Provider; how to file for a Low Income Subsidy for prescription drugs and how to apply for the State Pharmacy Program.
