·       Public Hearing – Notice of Intent – Mass. Department of Conservation & Recreation Office of Dam Maintenance, the rehabilitation of the Otis Reservoir Dam, Map 17, Lot 38 on Otis Reservoir (Hearing Officer –           ).

·       Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability – Matthew Lily, the removal and replacement of the roof on the house located at 21 Chestnut Lane, Map 16C, Lot 2 on Otis Reservoir (Hearing Officer -            ).

·       Public Hearing – Continuation – Abbreviated Notice of Intent – Walter D. Ulmer on behalf of Gary Belanger, lift an existing house, excavate and pour a new foundation located at 20 Pine Road Ext., Map 17C, Lot 94 on Otis Reservoir. (Hearing Officer – Rona Knight)
