LCC Grant Application Instructions
The next postmark deadline is October 15, 2010.
MCC funds and manages a network of 329 Local Cultural Councils across the state, representing nearly every city and town in the Commonwealth. Each council awards money based on individual community cultural needs, assessed and set by council members. Applicants should apply directly to local councils. Funds given by LCCs may include project-specific grants and PASS grants, an admissions subsidy program for schoolchildren and youth groups.
Before submitting your application to an Otis Cultural Council, please contact Arlene Tolopko, OCC Chairperson, to inquire about local guidelines.
Please complete your application form, print it, sign it and mail it to the Otis Cultural Council. Emailed applications will not be accepted. DO NOT SEND THESE APPLICATIONS TO THE MCC.

To fill out the application, click in the field that you want to type in. You can use the tab key to move between fields or simply use your cursor and click in the desired area. Type your information into each field.
If you are entering a description into a larger text box it will automatically wrap around and fit itself within the space provided. You will see this when you click on a different box or hit tab to get to the next box.
When you have completed the application click on the "Save" icon and choose a destination on your computer where you would like to save your file.
