V. ARTS FESTIVAL - Cheryl, Arlene Ari, Diane, Charlotte, Joan a. More than 35 artists; 3 entertainers plus Natalie Peterson (fiddler) b. Frames to be picked up and set up on Thurs., July 31, by Ari and Don Chafee, with Frank's help at school. Friday 3-6 (or later) set up at FRES - volunteers to help before 3 with tables? Names of volunteers: Arlene, Frank, Mary Anne, Rich, Joan Ari; runners of artists: Arlene, Mary Anne, Leslie) Artists' chart (made by Cheryl) to be available on Friday. c. Artists contacted by Cheryl and Debbie? d. Balloons and lettering to be placed outside school and in town board e. Arlene to call Berkshire Eagle and Berkshire Record to do story (call Sondrini to REMIND) - Jack Dew checking on reporters f. PROGRAM needed for festival - Mary Anne? Others? Henry the Juggler at 11 outside (Hank and Joan), Ken Packie at 1 pm outside (vouchers needed), Moonshine Holler 1-3 pm inside ($50 voucher needed), Natalie Peterson inside at 11 am h.
