a.      A.  Financial (Diane Provenz)
i.      Town Funds balance - $1300
ii.     State Funds & Savings Account - $3991.24 (includes all invoices received to date (Shakespeare #27 and Seussical #23)
1.      We need to reallocate monies because not all invoices are in prior to June 30 (July 11 deadline)
2.      FRES invoices will be sent by Jane G.
3.      Invoices still outstanding:  Selfish Giant $200, Becket Arts $50, BTF Residency #3 $300, and those not taken place yet

b.      Publicity
i.      Mary Anne volunteered to be “Flyer Foreman/woman”
ii.     Thanks Leslie for coordinating Jay Mankita – guest book for attendees
iii.    Continue to post “Collage” and “Tag Sale” – in OCC mailbox; find teenagers or older for Collage Workshop
iv.     John Porcino press releases out for monthlies; soon a flyer to be posted

c.      Event Coordination
i.      6/29 – “Veggie Van” – bring neighbors! Voucher, chairs, umbrellas, electricity, water (free or charge?) with cooler with ice
ii.     7/12 – “Collage Workshop” – Arlene, Leslie (photos), Mary Anne
1.      Rags, old towels, sprons, newspaper, old maps
2.      Anyone can attend!
iii.    7/19 Tag Sale -  Mickey, Adrienne, Debbie, Arlene, Diane
1.      Remind friends & neighbors to apply
2.      Sell water & Lara bars at OCC table, plus other event literature (full schedules), water (sell?) and ice in coolers
3.      Tables can be set up across road as well
4.      Ad to be in Shopper’s Guide under “Tag Sales” for 2 wks
5.      Spots first come/first served – Diane to mark space w/spray
iv.     7/26 – John Porcino “Songs & Stories”
1.      Debbie  to coordinate event
2.      Water, cooler & ice, chairs, key, electricity (Don)
3.      Town Hall closes noon – Arlene has card “key”
v.      8/2Square Dance
1.      Mickey to coordinate event
2.      Kiwanis support $400 on flyer
vi.     8/9 – Arts Festival- Cheryl
1.      Arlene, Ari, Diane, Charlotte, Joan
2.      Fri. 3-6 set-up – tables must be before 3 pm
3.      Twenty-nine artists!
4.      Balloons placed at entrance & on sand. bd., FRES sign board
5.      Berkshire Eagle may do story (Maryellen Sondrini 6/18) – call to remind
6.      In publicity, list artists & their towns
7.      Prepare PROGRAM w/ artists listed
8.      Need spreadsheet w/ artist contact info
a.      Debbie making calls w/ Cheryl to congratulate artists, and their own tables?, confirm set-up time

a.      Monterey Store “Sam” (Lee – acoustic trad. Old time music (fiddle breakdowns to hillbilly blues to Carter Family classics – fiddle, banjo, guitar, ukulele, harmonica, w/ old time flatfoot clogging) – Fabulous! Dreamaway, Berk Harvest Fest
b.      Cindy Paterson daughter fiddler
c.      Ginna Marston – guitar/ Bill Dyer – guitar & son
d.      TABLES – check school and other places; Town Hall tables
