- Will be creating full-sized flyer of Knox Trail Series
- Request Mary Anne to post on OCC and town website
- Need for Flyer Distribution List (each member with specific area of responsibility) to enhance previous chart;
- 3 push pins for each flyer (pins and tape in car); upside down plastic sleeve for outdoor spots (Terranova)
- Frequent rechecking on flyers in AOR
- Appearing in several periodicals, look for monthlies
- Made by John Stanmeyer at home (to be reimbursed for roll of paper and cartridge
(thanks to John and Anastasia!); placed in five road signs
- “OCC Season Schedule” prepared by Ilona ready for posting in critical spots (Library, school, Otis Ridge, restaurants, Laundromat, Berkshire Bank, et al)
- Vicky’s OCC newsletter (for library?); Laurie Flowers newsletter at FRRES (include both schedules)
- Sent TY to Jenn Smith for Neville article in Eagle
- Space Camp big success: received TY letter from FRRES
- Charles Neville enormous success with students and Kim Chiricella, music teacher; great article in Berkshire Eagle by Jenn Smith
- BTF at FRRES in progress or completed?
February:
- Audience shd try to eat before performance, avoiding excess noise
- Sale of CDs by artist?
- Address of Knox Trail (inform public)
- Robin O’Herin dates at FRRES?
- Review schedule for event “ownership” by OCCers and create volunteer list

- Confirm with artist, if necessary
