Emergency Management Meeting 1/22/08
Present: Charles Harner, Andrew Pyenson, Chris Bouchard, Sandy Pinkham, Heather Venne, Donald Chaffee
Old Business:
*Stoves
New stoves are all hooked up. Discussion ensued whether we should lock the doors in the kitchen to prevent anyone from turning on the gas. The Selectmen will discuss at the next Selectmen’s meeting. Andy Pyenson would like to ask B&G for a price on a gas convection oven.
*Generator Power:
Town Hall is now all powered through the generator. The only room still in question is the Police Dept. The lights in the gym come on but they take about ten minutes.
Exit signs in the hall need to be replaced. The exit signs in gym have been replaced.
*Refrigerator/freezer:
New Fridge is in and running. The old fridge is outside. The tables have all come in.
Discussed the tables not leaving the building. If someone wants to use them in the Town Hall that is fine but not to leave building. Will discuss at the next Selectmen’s meeting.
Charles Harner received memory stick from SBREPC. This memory stick can provide all the necessary documents through Emergency Management. Heather Venne was given the memory stick.
Charles Harner discussed SBREPC Clerk request for $500.00. This will also be put on the Agenda for the next Selectmen’s Meeting.
Discussed getting prices on cots and pots and pans….
