Members Present: Patrick Barrett, Laurie Nikituk, Laura Rogers-Castro, Roberta Sarnacki, John Skrip, Anita Weinstein, Jane Gleason, Jo Ann Austin.

Call to Order: Laurie Nikituk called the meeting to order at 7:10.
Approval of Minutes of Meeting #225: The Minutes of Meeting #225 were approved as submitted. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded Roberta Sarnacki. Voted Unanimous.
Approval of Minutes of Executive Session: The Minutes of the Executive Session were approved as submitted. Moved Roberta Sarnacki, Seconded Anita Weinstein. Voted Unanimous.
Approval of Minutes of Meeting #226: The Minutes of Meeting #226 were approved as corrected. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded John Skrip. Voted Unanimous.
Approval of Minutes of Executive Session: The Minutes of the Executive Session were approved as submitted. Moved John Skrip, Seconded Roberta Sarnacki. Voted Unanimous.
Approval of the Minutes of Budget Hearing: The Minutes of the Budget Hearing were approved as submitted. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded John Skrip. Voted Unanimous.
FY09 Budget: A final review of the FY09 School Budget was held.
Motion: To accept the FY09 Budget Proposal in the amount of $3,819,288.00. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded John Skrip. Voted Unanimous.
Motion: To accept the FY09 School Bond Assessment in the amount of $220,798.00. Moved John Skrip, Seconded Anita Weinstein. Voted Unanimous.
Transportation Request: Superintendent Austin addressed a parent request to transport her child who is school-choicing into the District next year. They will meet our bus in East Otis. Discussion followed on school choice in general.
Motion: To transport a school choice kindergarten student into the District for FY09, provided they meet the bus within our district. Moved Roberta Sarnacki, Seconded Laura Rogers-Castro. Voted Unanimous.
Tuition Agreement: The Tuition Agreement between the Lee Public Schools and Farmington River RSD was reviewed. Clarification is required regarding the CPI cap.
Motion: To approve the Tuition Agreement presented in accordance with our original proposal. Moved John Skrip, Seconded Anita Weinstein. Voted Unanimous.

Motion: To enter Executive Session for the expressed purpose of discussing negotiation and personnel issues. We will reconvene in General Session only to adjourn. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded Roberta Sarnacki. Roll Call Vote: Patrick Barrett-yes, Laurie Nikituk-yes, Laura Rogers-Castro-yes, Roberta Sarnacki-yes, John Skrip-yes, Anita Weinstein-yes.
Motion: To adjourn the meeting at 8:45 PM. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded Roberta Sarnacki. Voted Unanimous.
