MINUTES
Members Present: Patrick Barrett, Ernie Hood, John Skrip, Jane Gleason, Jo Ann Austin.
Guests: Anne Dempsey, Stan Kulas, John Polumbo
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Pat Barrett at 6:55 PM
Approval of Minutes of Meeting # 234 and 235: As we did not have a quorum present, no minutes were approved. Minutes will be approved at the January meeting.
FY2008 Audit Report: Stan Kulas reviewed the audit report recently completed for Fiscal 2008. He and his associate, John Polumbo answered questions and made recommendations for some procedural changes.
FY09 Financial Update: Jane Gleason provided an update on our FY09 anticipated expenditures and receipts.
Motion: To adjourn the meeting at 8:20 PM. Moved Ernie Hood, Seconded John Skrip. Voted-Unanimous.
