MINUTES
Members Present: Hanna Barrett, Laurie Nikituk, Roberta Sarnacki, John Skrip, Anita Weinstein, Jane Gleason.
Guests: Carol Blakeslee
Call to Order: Laurie Nikituk called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.
Approval of Minutes of Meeting #244: The Minutes of Meeting #244 were approved as submitted. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded John Skrip. Voted Unanimous.
Approval of Minutes of Meeting #245: The Minutes of Meeting #245 were approved as submitted. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded John Skrip. Voted 3 In Favor – 2 Abstentions.
Cell Phone Policy: The third reading of the Policy on Cell Phone Usage was held.
Motion: To accept the third reading and adoption of the Policy on Cell Phone Usage as presented. Moved Anita Weinstein, Seconded Roberta Sarnacki. Voted Unanimous.
Energy Audit: Discussion was held about the recommendations made in the Energy Audit prepared by CET and Precision Decisions regarding improvements in the building envelope. These items may have some bearing on the problems we continue to experience with the roof. It is recommended that we proceed with these improvements. Jane Gleason met with representatives from WMECO. They will be conducting a lighting audit and those recommendations and funding options, if any, will be reviewed when that report is received.
Motion: To seek quotations to address the building envelope improvements recommended in the Energy Audit. Moved John Skrip, Seconded Anita Weinstein. Voted Unanimous.
Motion: To adjourn the meeting at 8:00 PM.
